Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
Incorrect Shipping Information
We ship orders to the address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, we are not responsible for reshipping costs.

Customers will be required to cover reshipping fees before the order is sent again.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.
International Shipping

International shipping is offered by exception only. Please reach out to us directly if you need us to ship to an international address. This does not apply to APOs.
