Return & Exchange Policy

At Danger Close Apparel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer returns, exchanges, or store credit under the following conditions:


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or store credit.


Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Refund, Store Credit, or Exchange Options

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Store Credit (Default) – For non-defective returns (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), we issue store credit that's associated with your store account for the full product value, valid toward any future purchase.

  • Exchange – We can exchange your item for a different size or style of equal value, based on availability.

  • Refund – If your return is due to a product defect or our error (wrong item shipped), you may request a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days after processing.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email sales@dangercloseapparel.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label (see Return Shipping below)

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

⚠️ Do not send items back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect or our mistake, return shipping is on us.

  • For all other returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


Incorrect Shipping Information

We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for reshipping costs. 

  • Reshipping fees must be paid before the order is sent again.

  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

  • If you provided the incorrect shipping information and your order hasn't shipped yet, contacted us immediately with the correct shipping information. We'll attempt to correct the shipping information; however, this is not guaranteed as some items ship the same day.
